Hüveyda Asenger is a Germany-qualified lawyer who studied law at the Free University of Berlin, supported by multiple scholarships. During her legal clerkship, she gained international experience through placements in New York and the German Federal Foreign Office. She has further developed expertise in intellectual property, patent law, and the intersection of technology and law as a lawyer. Currently, she is a full-time PhD scholar, researching the legal challenges of Artificial Intelligence. Her doctoral work includes an international component, with a research stay at Meiji University in Tokyo.
